We,
AANANDA HOLIDAYS provides a unique training session
of our honourable guests.
Yoga is especially beneficial for flexibility of joints,
tendons, and muscles and helps prevent injury during
training. It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or
experienced in Yoga.
our
experienced Yoga instructor will help you
start your day feeling fresh and limber. Starting with
some relaxing music in background, our Yoga instructor
will take you through a variety of stretching exercises
and positions that will help increase your flexibility,
posture, and balance.
Each Yoga class ends with a 10-15 minute session of
meditation to relax and focus on your goals for that
day’s training.
Classes begin with a sitting meditation, then a series
of yogic asanas (postures) are taught, the last part of
the class works with pranayama and finally some
relaxation, visualisation exercises.

techniques) and 2 kriyas (cleansing techniques)
